• Identify and prospect new commercial accounts through networking, referral partnerships, and outbound business development
• Assess client risk exposure and structure appropriate commercial coverage across multiple lines
• Build and manage relationships with business owners as a trusted long-term advisor
• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional client support and renewal management
• Develop cross-sell opportunities within existing commercial accounts

You'll receive structured coaching on our commercial lines process, carrier appetite and wholesale/E&S placement, and ongoing support as you build your book - alongside hands-on mentorship as you grow.

Active P&C license required. Prior commercial lines experience or a strong B2B/outside sales background is preferred - we're looking for someone who can speak credibly with business owners about risk, even if commercial insurance itself is newer to you.

You'll get support from the agency, but commercial production is relationship- and network-driven - you'll be expected to actively prospect, build referral sources, and generate your own pipeline of business accounts.
