Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for a temp-to-hire, opportunity. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys high-volume outbound calling, consultative selling, and helping business owners understand HR compliance products and services. As an Inside Sales Compliance Specialist, you will focus on converting new business orders into monthly or annual recurring subscribers through warm outbound calls, needs-based conversations, and one-call close sales activity.

- Conduct high-volume warm outbound calls to customers to upgrade, cross-sell, renew, or convert services.
- Identify business owners and decision-makers, assess HR compliance needs, and present appropriate solutions.
- Explain compliance risks and product value clearly, professionally, and accurately.
- Close sales in a one-call close environment while meeting daily activity, revenue, and conversion goals.
- Maintain accurate customer interactions, pipeline updates, follow-ups, and order details in the CRM.
- Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings to improve call quality, product knowledge, and close rates.
- Pay: $18 per hour.

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. - Work arrangement: 100% remote.
- Training:
Virtual new hire training from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM PST for approximately 1.5 weeks. - Training class start date:

Laptop provided and shipped to the candidate.
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to sell HR compliance products and services.
- Manage customer conversations from needs assessment through close.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activity.
- Meet daily call volume, conversion, revenue, and call quality expectations.
- 1 to 2 years of recent sales experience required.
- Experience carrying and successfully meeting a monthly sales quota.
- Outbound call center, transactional call center, business-to-business sales, or telesales experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
- Ability to handle rejection, stay positive, and remain motivated in a high-volume sales environment.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and present solutions.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to balance call volume, follow-ups, and sales activity.
- High school diploma required.
- Must be comfortable working remotely and participating in virtual training.
- Experience using predictive dialer technology.
- Experience selling subscription-based products or services.
- Experience in B2B sales, compliance services, HR solutions, or safety consulting services.
- College degree preferred.
