Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location, including dock areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor and delivery driver processing, including checking identification, directing traffic flow, and/or maintaining visitor logs per site policy;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site management and/or public emergency services when appropriate;
Complete detailed reports of shift activities, patrol observations, and incidents, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions
