Posting Security Officer - Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Screen employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers as required, including verifying identification, checking credentials, and controlling entry and exit through designated screening points;
Conduct screening of parcels, bags, and other items using approved methods and screening equipment, documenting results and escalating prohibited or suspicious items per site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns, coordinating with site leadership, and completing required incident documentation;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity, noting irregularities and reporting maintenance or operational concerns as needed
