As a Security Officer Secure Entry Specialist in Ontario, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help support a secure environment through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will remain visible, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute to daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in a people-first culture.

Day Time - Tue 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Fri 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Sat 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Sun 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor and document employee, visitor, and delivery access at entry and exit points, checking credentials and directing authorized individuals according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to site leadership when needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity by observing access points, screening vehicles and/or deliveries when required, and reporting irregularities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including entrances, loading areas, and perimeter zones, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
