We are currently hiring full-time and part-time team members for our Ontario, CA location.
We’re seeking Video Patrol Officers to support our Remote Guarding Division. From our advanced operations center, you’ll actively monitor live surveillance feeds to help detect, deter, and respond to security incidents in real-time.

About the RoleThis is not your typical alarm monitoring position.
As a Video Alarm Monitoring Specialist, you'll respond to AI-generated alerts, assess live camera feeds, and take decisive action—including activating two-way audio or dispatching emergency services. You’ll be operating like a virtual guard, protecting clients and property with real-time intervention tools from our secure command center.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor AI-triggered video alarms from our Ontario Remote Operations Center
- Analyze live feeds and make quick, accurate decisions based on visual data
- Use talk-down audio systems to intervene during suspicious activity
- Respond to multiple alerts efficiently using advanced monitoring tools
- Coordinate with emergency services or on-site personnel when needed
- Log all incidents in a clear, professional, and timely manner
- Stay focused during high-pressure events and remain calm under stress
- Deliver excellent communication via phone, intercom, and email systems
- 2+ years of experience in a monitoring center or similar environment
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience managing multiple screens/audio feeds in a fast-paced setting
- High proficiency with video monitoring platforms and basic computer systems
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Dependable, detail-focused, and team-oriented
- Knowledge of AI surveillance, remote guarding, or IP camera systems
- 5+ years in customer service or fast-paced environments
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities
- A high-tech workplace with emerging security technologies

- Paid training and certification as a Triton Video Patrol Officer (VPO)
- PTO, sick leave, and holidays
- Advancement within the Remote Guarding Division
- Attend an in-person interview
- Complete a typing test (30 WPM minimum)
- Pass a background check
- Begin paid onboarding and training, including certification on our monitoring systems
After successful evaluation, you’ll operate independently as a certified Video Operator in our Ontario monitoring center.
