Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by following site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and applicable emergency response activities;
Perform screening activities for people, packages, shipments, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to supervisors, site contacts, and/or local responders;
Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, loading and unloading zones, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations;
Prepare accurate logs, screening records, and incident reports, and help to support compliance with operational procedures
