Security Officer Bilingual Unarmed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy retail location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, exterior areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help control access, observe customer and employee activity, and report security-related concerns;
Support loss prevention and store operations by reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed
