Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the location;
Monitor and control access at entry and exit points by verifying credentials, checking visitor logs, issuing passes, and reporting unauthorized access attempts;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Support receiving and shipping access procedures by monitoring truck arrivals, directing drivers and visitors, and following location protocols for restricted areas
