Provide customer service to visitors, guests, and/or team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit activity, observe customer and visitor interactions, and support access control practices in a retail and entertainment-focused location;
Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate observations with appropriate contacts to support ongoing security-related operations
