Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge and credential checks, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points at the location, verify identification and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured doors, and other security-related concerns that may require follow-up
