Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at the location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, log authorized visitors and/or deliveries, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, dock areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Support daily operations by documenting incidents, maintaining accurate access records, and communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives
