Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office, technology operations, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and assigned areas; verify credentials in accordance with site procedures and report suspicious activity or policy violations;
Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel
