As a Security Officer DoD Secret Security Clearance Patrol in Ontario, CA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service and clear communication. • Wed 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Thu 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Fri 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Sat 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM
• Sun 05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and support visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and access-control records while following confidentiality requirements for a controlled aerospace and defense environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
