** The purpose of a Maintenance Technician position is to perform basic tasks and repairs within the fulfillment center including work on conveyors, PIT equipment, and general building maintenance. This requires a basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Also, we ask that you have familiarity with AC/DC systems and the ability to use a voltmeter.

You will report to the Facilities Area Manager and work onsite in our Ontario, CA fulfillment center.

* * and will require you to work from our Ontario Fulfilment Center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
** What You'll Do**
* * Building Maintenance*– Perform and facilitate general facility repairs such as electrical, lighting, HVAC, & conveyor systems.
* * Equipment Maintenance* – Perform planned and unplanned repairs, and preventative maintenance to production-related equipment, Powered Industrial Trucks, and building equipment. Identify and correct safety hazards and potential maintenance issues before they become critical.
* * Conveyor, Automation, and Sorter Systems*– Support and perform planned and unplanned repairs and preventative maintenance to maintain operation of conveyors and sorter equipment. Help with conveyor, automation and sortation system repairs.
* * Electrical* – Have a fundamental understanding of AC and DC systems and how to use a voltage meter. Follow lock out/tag out policy.
* * System Installation, Design, Construction and Repair*– Assist team leaders and contractors to perform installations of new or replacement equipment.
* * Record Keeping* – Input and maintain records using CMMS systems to ensure accuracy of time, parts, and repair data. Read technical manuals and document changes.
** What You'll Bring
*** Read and comprehend technical manuals.
· Familiarity with blueprints, and engineering specifications
* High School graduate or equivalent;
Industrial mechanic trade school courses or certification (i.e., electrical, controls, plumbing, welding) or equivalent military technical training.
* 1 year or more experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
* 1year or more experience with conveyor, automation and sortation system repair
* Occasionally be on call or work overtime.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Prefer working knowledge of voltage meter and AC/DC.
* Can repeatedly lift 50 pounds

Hourly: $28.00 - $30.00
