As a Lead Technician, you will play a crucial role in supervising restoration jobs, ensuring safety standards are met, and delivering top‑note service to our customers. This is a time‑sensitive position that requires a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence.

• Retrieve work orders and ensure all necessary equipment is loaded
• Complete assigned jobs according to company processes and standards
• Monitor and perform required activities on all active jobs
• Interface with adjusters to resolve issues and answer questions
• Inspect jobs after completion and obtain customer approvals

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in disaster restoration or construction industry
• Proficient in using mobile software for data entry
• $22 to $25 per hour

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize activities
• Exposure to various working conditions
