E. Riverside Avenue - Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, repair, and maintain the facility's environmental controls, emergency power, electrical, HVAC, fire system, and lighting systems;
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, safety devices, backflow devices, and water treatment;
Repair and maintain food service equipment including ovens, grills, dishwashers, deep fryers, and refrigeration units;
Maintain daily work records and ensure safety plans and policies are followed;
Operate equipment such as forklifts, boom lifts, electric carts, and hand/power tools
