Operate, monitor, repair, and maintain the facility's environmental controls, emergency power, electrical, HVAC, fire system, and lighting systems;
Perform major and minor repairs to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment;
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, water systems, pumps, motors, bearings, shafts, and fans;
Repair and maintain food service equipment including ovens, grills, dishwashers, deep fryers, and refrigeration units;
Maintain daily work records and ensure safety plans and policies are followed
