Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and prepare market-ready apartments. You will also maintain grounds and report concerns to ensure a safe, well-kept community.
The role requires troubleshooting plumbing and electrical systems, basic HVAC knowledge, and strong communication in English. A High School diploma or equivalent is required; weekends and after-hours on-call work may be needed.
