Business System Developer

We are seeking a skilled Business System Developer to play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our logistics system. This position involves hands‑on system development, leveraging Generative AI to deliver next‑generation fulfillment experiences. The ideal candidate should not only possess solid technical skills but also have a strong passion for the logistics industry and a deep understanding of PC hardware.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance e‑commerce logistics systems to support inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory management, and returns processing.
• Implement Generative AI–powered solutions to improve fulfillment workflows, such as order allocation, shipment tracking, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative features.
• Optimize system performance to ensure scalability, stability, and efficiency.
• Research and integrate cutting‑edge technologies to drive continuous innovation.

• Proven experience in logistics development and system architecture.
• Strong programming skills with direct hands‑on development expertise.
• Proficiency in modern web development frameworks and tools.
• Experience implementing Generative AI technologies.
• Solid understanding of e‑commerce logistics system, business processes, and workflows.

• Basic understanding of e‑commerce logistics systems, with awareness of industry trends.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensor Flow.
• Better to have a basic understanding of C#, Java, MS SQL and MySQL.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies, especially AI‑driven innovations.
• Creative problem solver who can align technical solutions with business goals.

The base salary range for this position in Ontario is $100,000 - $130,000 annually.
