Position Overview

As an interview position at Federal Express Canada, you will load and unload aircraft and vehicles, sort packages, ensure efficient delivery and pick‑up, verify shipments for conformance to Fed Ex Canada service features, and provide related customer service functions.

• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• One (1) year of customer‑oriented business experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• Must achieve the minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training
• Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian customs regulations is an asset
• Good interpersonal, communication, time‑management, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong multitasking ability, stress tolerance, and capacity to work in a highly pressured environment
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including holidays, based on business needs
• Must be able to operate in a PC Windows environment and complete all recurrence training and maintain annual accreditations as required
• If incumbent resides in Quebec, must be bilingual in French and English

Permanent Part‑time position; shift:
Monday‑Friday, 15:00 start time, 6‑hour shift; requires a full G driver’s license. Posting will be taken down on July 23 at 11:59 PM.
