Iron Mountain is seeking a high-performing

Warehouse Lead to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating tasks for a team of associates to ensure the seamless movement of customer items.

Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology.

Clutter operates 7 days a week and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs.

Weekend availability is required.

Shifts start and end at the Clutter depot at the job site address 989 South Cucamonga, Ontario, California

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

+ Lead the fulfillment of inbound, outbound, and transfer operations while coordinating tasks for teams of 2-3 associates to meet daily targets.

+ Collaborate with the warehouse team to scan and organize items using our mobile app, performing frequent quality audits to ensure strict process compliance.

+ Lead and promote all safety standards of conduct, including the safe handling of heavy items and the maintenance of a secure, organized warehouse environment.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

+ Professional Leadership: 3+ years of professional work experience, with at least 6 months in a dedicated team lead role.

+ Physical Capability:
Proven ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

+ Technical Aptitude:
Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday.

+ Relevant

Experience:

Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, general labor or customer service environments is preferred.

Overtime pay is 1.5x hourly pay and is available pending the needs of the business.
