Facilities & Material Handling Associate

Your shift begins at our Ontario, CA 91762 facility with a quick safety huddle. From there, you jump into the flow—helping the team keep operations moving smoothly by handling materials, keeping spaces tidy, and pitching in wherever you’re needed. You’ll stay active throughout the day, operate basic equipment, and make sure your work is carefully documented.

A day in this role Morning might find you unloading incoming products and organizing materials so they’re easy to access. Midday, you could be assisting teammates, running simple machinery and tools when required, and keeping the work area clean. Throughout it all, you follow safety guidelines and capture accurate records of what you completed and the materials used. You also take part in training to sharpen your skills and grow over time.

What you’ll handle

Load and unload materials and products to support daily operations.

Keep work areas maintained and clean to ensure an efficient flow.

Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Collaborate with team members and assist across tasks as needed.

Operate basic machinery and tools when required.

Log work performed and track materials accurately.

Participate in ongoing training and development activities.
