About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at our Ontario bakery. As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be accountable for overseeing daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient flow of finished goods and critical production equipment while maintaining strict compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.

Salary Range: $67,000-$80,000
Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing)
- Direct and manage daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, and staging to ensure efficient product flow
- Lead outbound logistics execution to ensure accurate, on-time shipments that meet DOT, GMP, and HACCP standards
- Oversee inbound receiving and inventory management of production equipment, trays, and transport materials
- Enforce safety, food safety, and quality compliance standards while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, including performance management and scheduling
- Coordinate production support by aligning labor, materials, and equipment with production schedules and output goals
- Maintain warehouse equipment and ensure operational readiness through routine monitoring and maintenance coordination
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics operations
- 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and safety regulations
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and work in a physically active environment
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- Experience in a food manufacturing or bakery environment
