Logistics Executive

• Instruction Receipt & Response
  :
  Promptly receive and acknowledge work instructions via designated communication platforms (email or internal messaging software), ensure smooth information flow, and provide timely responses within required time frames.
• Outbound Order Verification & Packing Management
  :
  Review and verify outbound shipping invoices, strictly confirm product quantities, specifications, and customer information to ensure consistency between physical inventory and documentation; coordinate and oversee packing operations in accordance with client requirements or standard shipping protocols to ensure packaging meets quality standards.
• Inventory Operations
  :
  Execute daily receiving and shipping tasks, including goods inspection, put-away, picking, and loading, ensuring accurate and timely movement of inventory in and out of the warehouse.
• General Support & Collaboration
  :
  Actively support and complete other ad-hoc tasks or backup assignments delegated by the direct supervisor, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

• Must possess a valid forklift operator certification and demonstrate proficiency in operating forklifts safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
• Must have valid legal work authorization in the United States. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred.
• This position requires 6 working hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory management.
• Flexible employment structure available—candidate may choose between W-2 (employee) or 1099 (independent contractor) status.
