Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pick and Pack Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform warehouse pick and pack operations to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that arise during the workflow.
  • Optimize workflow processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational delays.
  • Operate motorized equipment safely and effectively, including forklifts, to move products within the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
  • Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a 3PL setting.
  • Strong skills in warehouse pick and pack operations.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to workflow optimization.
  • Experience operating motorized equipment, including forklifts, with a valid forklift certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety compliance standards and practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and motivate team members.
  • Familiarity with previous 3PL systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
