Ontario, CA Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh materials and commercial trucks
• Log transactions using our WMS/ERP and Excel.
• Direct drivers and resolve documentation issues fast.
• Partner with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure timely shipments.

• 2+ years of experience as a Scale Clerk, Receiving/Shipping Clerk or similar logistics role.
• Fluency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and WMS/ERP.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and clear communication skills.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced yard or industrial logistics setting.
• Ability to work in smelly environment
• Sit-down forklift experience a plus

• Training
  
  Schedule:
  
  Must be available to train from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
• Flexible to work 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM OR 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM.
• Available for Overtime and Weekends as business needs dictate.
• Work consists of standard 8-hour shifts.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• We participate in E-Verify.
