Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently seeking a self-motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our Operations Team. The position is on-site at our Ontario, California distribution warehouse and is full-time.

• Plan, implement and monitor the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse department to ensure that established objectives pertaining to shipping, organization, inventory management and safety are met and/or exceeded.
• Review, prioritize and organize all daily outbound orders; pick, palletize and prepare for carrier pick-up.
• Complete QC of all outbound orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Complete loading and dispatch of daily shipments through partner carriers.
• Receive, inspect and process all returned shipments.
• Build, test and package product for sale as Open Box or As Is inventory.
• Complete offload and organization of incoming inventory; verify accuracy of accepted product against cargo manifests and/or purchase order documents.
• Assist the Order Fulfilment team with local Delivery and Installation orders as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through the performance of inventory control activities such as on-hand counts and implementation of effective storage and organization strategies.
• Resolve warehouse-related issues by coordinating with team members and management.
• Adhere to all established workflow policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety programs and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
• Certifications:
  
  Forklift certification mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical labor as required by the position; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience using industrial wrapping machinery and strapping tools and materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and with team members when required.
• Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and/or workflow procedures.
