Now hiring for a Reach Forklift Operator
Location:
Ontario, CA $19.50 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (2nd Shift) As a Reach Forklift Operator in Ontario, you'll operate the reach truck with precision and pride. Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent reach forklift experience
- Warehouse experience in a high-volume environment preferred
- Experience using WMS or handheld scanning systems preferred
Job Duties
- Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trailers, railcars, and transport vehicles
- Verify inbound and outbound products for accuracy and damage
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and maintain WMS compliance
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report issues
- Work collaboratively with warehouse team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
- Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
- Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.
