Location:
Inland Empire, CA & Surrounding Areas Pay Range: $16.90–$23.25/hour, depending on position, equipment experience, and assignment. Shifts Available: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift & Weekend Shifts
We are currently hiring experienced Forklift and Material Handling Equipment Operators for multiple warehouse and distribution opportunities throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding areas.
Equipment We're Looking For:- Stand-Up Reach Truck
- Sit-Down Forklift – Propane or Electric
- Sit-Down Clamp Forklift
- Cherry Picker / Order Picker
- Pacer
- EPJ / Electric Pallet Jack
- Walkie Rider / Rider Pallet Jack
- Turret Truck
You do not need experience on every piece of equipment. Equipment requirements will vary by assignment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products
- Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
- Perform equipment inspections and report safety concerns
- Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and productivity standards
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating at least one of the listed equipment types
- Ability to safely operate and maneuver equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order-picking experience preferred
- RF scanner experience preferred
- Basic computer skills;
Excel knowledge is a plus - Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work assigned schedules, including select weekend shifts
