Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk. We are currently hiring in Ontario and Chino. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our shipping and receiving processes run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are packed securely and labeled correctly.

Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments using our warehouse management system.

Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

Assist in inventory counts and audits as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all shipping and receiving activities.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics is a plus.

Proven experience in shipping and receiving or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
