Entry-Level Warehouse Associate Ontario, CA $19.00 per hour | Weekly Pay 5:00 AM–Finish | Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday Schedule assigned at time of hire Start Your Warehouse Career Looking for a job where you can get started without previous warehouse experience? Capstone is hiring entry-level Warehouse Associates to support operations inside a busy Frito-Lay distribution facility in Ontario. Your primary responsibility will be sorting, organizing, and moving cardboard boxes and materials throughout the dry dock area.

This is an active position that keeps you on your feet and moving throughout the workday. No warehouse background is required. We provide training and offer opportunities to learn additional responsibilities as you gain experience. What You’ll Do Sort and organize cardboard boxes and materials within the warehouse. Keep designated dock and work areas organized and free of unnecessary materials.

Move boxes and materials safely throughout assigned areas. Help maintain an orderly workspace so warehouse operations can run efficiently. Assist with additional warehouse tasks when needed. Learn other warehouse functions and responsibilities as opportunities become available. Follow site safety procedures and instructions from warehouse leadership. What We’re Looking For This is an entry-level opportunity, so previous warehouse experience is not required.

We’re looking for someone who:
Is dependable and ready to learn. Can work effectively as part of a team. Is comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift. Can repeatedly bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull as needed. Can safely handle cardboard boxes and other warehouse materials. Is willing to take on additional responsibilities as they learn the operation. Can consistently follow safety and workplace procedures.

Build Your Skills This position can be a starting point for learning different areas of warehouse operations. As you gain experience and demonstrate your ability to safely and consistently perform your responsibilities, you may have opportunities to train on additional duties within the facility. You could have the opportunity to expand your warehouse skills beyond the initial sorting and organization responsibilities and take on other assignments as business needs arise.
