Warehouse Clerk / Coordinator (Mandarin Bilingual)

Location:

Ontario, CA Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Tues-Sat 2nd shift (Flexible start time, can be discussed during interview) Job Duties Print pick tickets/orders Print shipping labels and shipping documents Verify, update, and maintain inventory locations in the WMS Process and record customer returns Create replacement/reshipment orders Maintain warehouse records using WMS, Excel, and Word Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure inventory and order accuracy Perform other warehouse administrative and coordination duties as assigned Qualifications Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) Previous warehouse clerk, inventory control, or warehouse coordinator experience preferred Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to work independently and in a team environment Experience in a 3PL, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment environment is a plus Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and move items up to 30 lbs when needed Position is primarily administrative but may occasionally require moving products or materials
