What you’ll do Operate stand-up reach equipment to store, retrieve, and stage goods within racking systems.

Load and unload trucks and containers with attention to safety and speed.

Conduct inventory counts and rotate stock to maintain accuracy.

Adhere to company policies and safety standards at all times.

Collaborate with teammates to meet daily throughput goals and deadlines.

Maintain a tidy, organized work area.

Report malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to supervision.

What you bring

Proven experience operating a stand-up reach forklift in a warehouse setting.

Forklift certification preferred; training may be provided for strong candidates.

Detail-oriented and able to follow directions precisely.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; adaptable to changing priorities.

Track record of meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.

Able to lift and move heavy materials as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
