Behavior Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time) – Ontario, OH

Location:

Clinic, In-home

• Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–7:00 PM

• Work 1:1 with children in both in-home and clinic-based settings, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Teach communication, daily living, and social skills.
• Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs.
• Support families through parent training and consistent communication.
• Work environment:
  This role includes both clinic-based and in-home sessions. Employees must feel comfortable working inside client homes, visiting neighborhoods within the assigned territory, and supporting clinic-based needs as required. Flexibility is highly valued.

• 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Experience in Early Intervention (ages 2–6) is required.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed.
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Ontario.
• Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course before starting.
• Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we will help you study).
• Active CPR certification is preferred.

• Part-time: 15 hours/week
• Full-time: 30+ hours/week
• Pay: $17–$22/hr
