Realty Project Coach

Overview

Position Summary... As a Realty Project Coach, you will join our Realty Execution team and take ownership in delivering store remodels, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. Travel is a regular part of the role.

• Lead and supervise project teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with store leadership, suppliers, and associates to resolve escalations and ensure seamless project execution.
• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Understand project plans and minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop associates through supervision, training, mentoring, recognition, and career development.

• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience in leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Shift: Primarily overnight; nights 10 to 12 hours.
• Travel:
  Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home; expect to be away 80% of the time or 17–21 days at a time.
• Residency:
  Based at a home store with travel to surrounding states or farther as needed.

• Salary: $60,000 – $110,000 per year.
• Performance bonuses and other benefits, including health, 401(k), stock purchase, and life insurance.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
• OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
• Associates will be required to attend and complete job-required trainings and assessments

• Masters degree in Business or related field
• 1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams
• Project Management Professional Certification
