Avita Health System seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med Surg Department at our Ontario, Ohio location. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, ensuring continuity of care across shifts and supervising nursing staff. Patient and family teaching and advocacy are integral to the role.
Required:
Ohio RN licensure and current BLS/ACLS. Preferred: 2+ years nursing experience, telemetry, and PALS certification for charge-trained nurses.
