Member Front‑Line Services Associate:
Responsible for providing member service, maintaining checkout and entrance/exit areas, processing purchases, returns, refunds, and troubleshooting member issues, and supporting safety and security protocols.

• Provide member service and support for self‑service technology.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas, including zoning, merchandising, and safety sweeps.
• Identify and report unsafe situations and potential criminal activity to facility management.
• Perform emergency response procedures and maintain required documentation.
• Assist in training new associates on systems, procedures, and technology.
• Maintain merchandise, identify shrink and damages, and organize the sales floor.
• Support company safety, security, and ethical standards, and act in accordance with the Open Door policy.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and business partners to meet priorities and improvement opportunities.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and assist members with purchasing decisions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register) and mobile retail applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

• Previous experience in a big‑box retail or wholesale club environment.
• Experience with Walmart or Sam’s Club systems.
• Knowledge of basic safety and security procedures.

• Hourly wage: $17.00 to $25.00*
• Additional premiums up to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, and specific work performed.
