• Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoff between shifts
• Perform survival walk of the department and shift‑to‑shift hand‑off when the team leader or area leader is not present
• Coordinate and drive actions and activities involving the monitoring and control of shrink and financial business outcomes within areas of responsibility; proactively escalates concerns to leadership as they arise
• Champion participation in community programs; lead by example with behaviors and team member resource group engagement
• Serve as a certified trainer for team members in their span of care
• Perform on‑the‑job/hands‑on team member training and mentoring
• Serve as subject matter expert for market programs, company pilots, and development/training programs
• Assign tasks to team members within the department, in partnership with the team leader, and follow up to ensure task completion

• Successful completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum (includes curriculums for Cashier, Service Desk, and Courtesy Team)
• Ability to operate cash register system and all financial services equipment
• Good communication skills; friendly, customer oriented, organized, detail oriented, sense of urgency
• Has organizational and multi‑tasking abilities
• This position may require lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, squatting, stooping, kneeling and/or climbing (weight or frequency may vary depending on shift, day, month or season, and/or other staff on duty)
