- Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Answers incoming calls promptly, politely, and professionally.
- Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and records receipts.
- Scans and files documents.
- Answers customer questions about services performed or products purchased, or refers them to the appropriate person.
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise, and refers dissatisfied customers for resolution when necessary.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Keeps work area neat and clean.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- One year of office experience.
- Upbeat and positive demeanor.
- Team oriented.
- Must submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre‑employment drug test.
- Dealership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of CDK a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
