Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. - Be an Owner

Drive the performance of the area; use digital tools; apply perpetual inventory management techniques; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and address customer needs; assist customers per company policies and procedures. - Be a Talent Ambassador

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
