We are a fast growing powder coating manufacturer and looking for a dynamic person to join our team as a Sales Representative – General Manufacturing in Ohio. We specialize in custom product manufacturing for metal manufacturing industries and have customer base in Canada and the USA. Our clients are powder coating service providers and/or manufacturers and are located throughout the U.S. and Canada – small to medium to multinational.
Your responsibilities:
- Present the company, product and yourself in a professional and authentic style
- Identify and manage new B2B (Business-to-Business) sales opportunities, generate leads, close deals and manage accounts on a daily basis;
- Negotiating pricing based on established company processes and competitive offers
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales data for management reporting
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
What are we looking for?
- Post secondary Education (major in science preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in B2B Sales account management (experience in Liquid / powder paint or metal finishing industry or powder coating application equipment will be a great asset).
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software (especially Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Dedicated, organized, personable, and able to work autonomously.

Education:
- DCS / DEC (preferred)
Experience:
