We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and ambitious individual to join our team at Saint Alphonsus Health System in Ontario, OR. The Patient Registration Manager will lead Patient Access and Registration for the Boise hospital, ensuring consistent operating performance, achieving financial goals, addressing regulatory issues, and collaborating across service areas.

Shift: Rotating Shift

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with ability to be present on all shifts within the month)

• Lead, guide, and direct functional responsibilities within all areas of Patient Access and Registration.
• Address external business and regulatory issues through ministry strategies.
• Ensure consistent operating performance and achieve financial goals for the ministry.
• Identify and solve complex problems that impact business direction.
• Collaborate with other service areas and ministries to align with strategy, industry development, and operating standards.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to service areas, RHMs, regions, and functional teams.
• Foster strong collaboration across service areas and regions for alignment, consistency, and integrated operations.
• Lead system-wide standardization of policies, processes, and methodologies.
• Oversee vendor and contract labor strategies, including centralization and spend optimization.
• Support development, deployment, and execution of system-wide functional strategies and priorities.
• Select, evaluate, and develop functional leadership teams.
• Serve as central point of governance for functional strategy, financial oversight, staffing, and cross‑regional communication.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics, ensuring value delivery and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership across the full colleague life cycle while maintaining compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience within Patient Access.
• 5 years of relevant experience in functional areas of Patient Access such as Registration, Insurance Verification/Financial Clearance, Financial Counseling, or similar.
• Obtain national certification in HFMA CHFP, CRCR, or NAHAM CHAM within one year of hire.
