Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator – Dialysis (Experienced)

DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator who will coordinate ESRD patient care and services in an outpatient dialysis center. The role focuses on ensuring the highest level of patient safety, comfort, and quality outcomes.

• Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, including trend lab values, track metrics on vital signs, weight, and outcome management.
• Help patients improve quality of life by delivering outstanding clinical outcomes in a chronic hemodialysis setting.
• Build long‑term relationships with patients and families.
• Lead and support a clinical team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 12 months of registered nursing experience.
• At least 6 months of dialysis experience.
• Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by a Clinical Nurse Manager or RN‑licensed FA/GFA.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Completion of CMS‑required training for operating the water treatment system.
• Willingness, desire, and ability to supervise.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Functional proficiency in DaVita’s computer systems within 90 days of hire.

• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg settings.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent diploma.
• Supervisory experience.
