Saint Alphonsus Medical Group in Ontario, OR, seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join its wound care and hyperbaric medicine program. The NP will deliver comprehensive wound care services at SAMC Ontario and across SAHS, with telemedicine support via University of Utah and onsite surgeon collaboration.
Requirements include Oregon NP licensure, DEA and Oregon CS registration. Clinic schedule is M-F with a minimum of 36 patient contact hours weekly; relocation and full benefits are included.
