The Home Depot is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in Training (MASM-IT) who will gain hands-on experience across Garden, Hardware, Lumber, Building Materials, Plumbing, and Electrical. The program combines mentorship, leadership development, and in-store practice with Manager on Duty duties to prepare for a future MASM role.
