Maintain a secured environment for patients, staff and visitors;
Interact daily with the public regarding safety, visitor control, thefts, and any security problems;
Confront strangers and direct or escort them off the medical center campus;
Conducts package inspections and checks property leaving the facility for proper authorization;
Reports hazards, vulnerabilities, and equipment malfunctions to the proper department or persons for corrective action
