Street Maintenance Worker

We are seeking motivated individuals to assist with the repair, maintenance, and construction of public streets, sidewalks, rights-of-way, signage, pavement markings, and related infrastructure. This position involves outdoor work, equipment operation, and physical labor in a variety of weather conditions. Pay: $18.00 per hour

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 90 pounds with assistance
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Basic computer skills preferred

• Repair and maintain streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and pavement
• Perform crack sealing, pavement cutting, base repairs, and snow removal
• Assist with tree maintenance and removal activities
• Operate and maintain light and heavy equipment, including backhoes, loaders, chainsaws, and other tools
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Respond to public service requests and maintain positive community relations
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
• Assist with construction and maintenance projects as assigned
