Position: Direct Support Professional (Ontario Community)

We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Direct Support Professional This position entails working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in an employment setting. The Direct Support Professional provides services to individuals to help with job activities to help them attain and maintain employment and reach personnel goals. This includes being a coach, guide, and mentor for them as we help realize their potential.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday.

The required qualifications:
High school diploma or GEDAbility to transport workers to various work sites

Basic computer, math, and data-tracking skills

Must be available to maintain a flexible work schedule (days, nights, weekends)
