Director, Finance

As Director of Finance at OnLogic’s European office in Oosterhout, The Netherlands you will report directly to the CFO and assist with the leadership of Finance globally. As a finance expert, you will be contributing to the daily accounting, financial strategic planning, forecasting, reporting, and compliance in a fast paced environment.

As the Director of Finance, you will be a key person of influence and source of leadership for the finance team and the entire OnLogic organization. • Look for opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability through automation and streamlining accounting processes.
• Identify areas of risk and implement mitigation strategies, including but not limited to team structure, workflow, cross-functional collaboration, and system and process changes
• Interact and provide guidance to Management Team members regarding financial matters.
• Participate in key strategic initiatives and assist with other ad hoc projects.
• Support the FP&A function and annual planning process by providing financial data, KPIs, and analysis of revenue and spending.
• Assist with close process to issue timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in all aspects of domestic and international accounting operations.
• Ensure that financial transactions and reporting are in compliance with all relevant government regulations.
• Participate in the daily accounting transaction flow and verify the accuracy of daily activities.

Finance helps guide financial decisions with analytics, performance management, forecasting, insights and financial modeling. • 5+ of overall experience, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
• Strong technical accounting background and a thorough knowledge of US & Dutch GAAP
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Satisfactory completion of a background check

The salary range for this role is € 7.000 to €9.000 per month. We determine final compensation based on conversations with applicants and their experience in similar roles. Besides a base salary we will offer you a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
